This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion for New Trial (doc. 49), Defendants’ Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion for New Trial (doc. 50), and Plaintiffs Reply (doc. 51).

BACKGROUND

Jane Cameron, the Plaintiff, brought this lawsuit alleging that Defendant Hillsboro Board of Education did not renew her teaching contract based upon discriminatory reasons.
