Defendant, James Stewart Genrich, appeals from the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of three counts of use of explosives to commit a felony, third degree assault, and two counts of extreme indifference homicide. We affirm.

Defendant’s convictions arose.out of three different incidents in which pipe bombs exploded and injured one victim and killed two other victims.
