Action under former California Corporations Code section 2236 1 (in effect at the time of trial) to set aside the May 1975 election of directors of Dunn-Edwards Company, a closely held corporation, based on the alleged invalidity or revocability of a voting trust whereby plaintiff’s right to vote her 77 shares of the common stock of the company was transferred to defendant Arthur C.
