Error to Kent; McDonald, J. Trover in justice’s court by William Barbrick against the White Sewing Machine Company for conversion of a sewing machine. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appealed to the circuit court in which judgment was rendered for the plaintiff. Defendant brings error.

This suit is in trover. It was brought in justice’s court to recover the value of a sewing machine. The plaintiff recovered a judgment for $30. The case was appealed by defendant to the circuit court, where plaintiff again recovered a judgment of $30. The case is brought here by writ of error.
