St. Louis Union Station Holdings, Inc. (“Union Station”) appeals the judgment enforcing a settlement agreement between Union Station and The Discovery Channel Store, Inc. (“Discovery Channel”). We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Union Station, as landlord, and Discovery Channel, as tenant, were parties to a lease agreement. In August 2007, Discovery Channel ceased doing business, abandoned its premises at Union Station, and was thereby in default under the lease.
