William and Margie Pitts Hames appeal an order of the Superior Court of Fulton County reinstating a building permit issued to Kusmiersky and others (developers) by the Bureau of Buildings of the City of Atlanta. The permit was issued to the developers to build a high-rise condominium adjacent to the Hames’ property.
