Valve manufacturer Watts Regulator Company (“Regulator”) and its parent company, Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (“Water”), filed this action against several insurance companies (“the Insurers”) seeking a declaratory judgment that the Insurers have a duty to defend them in approximately 300 lawsuits brought in a dozen states alleging bodily injury as result of exposure to asbestos-containing products.
