This is an appeal by Branislaw Joblonski from a decree of the county court of Washington county entered in a proceeding by the administrator of the estate of John Joblonski, deceased, to sell real estate to pay debts of the estate, setting aside a deed made to the appellant by his father, John Joblonski, and ordering a sale of the premises described in the deed.
