OPINION

KINNEARY, District Judge.

These cases were consolidated for hearing, decision and order because they involve common questions of law concerning the election laws of Ohio. The plaintiffs also seek similar relief from the alleged unconstitutionality of these laws.

The jurisdiction of the Court was invoked and arises under Title 42, United States Code, Sections 1981, 1983 aijd 1988, 28 United States Code, Sections 1343(3) and (4), 2201, 2202, 2281 and 2283, and Amendments I and XIV of the United States Constitution.
