Tbe facts in this case are as follows: Tbomas Ryckman, a retired farmer, died at bis home in tbe village of Baynesville, Stearns county, on September 7, 1910, leaving an estate consisting of real and personal property, of considerable value. He died intestate and left surviving bim defendant, bis widow, and a son and two daughters of mature years. Defendant was appointed, in due proceedings bad for tbe purpose, administratrix of bis estate, and sbe duly qualified and entered upon tbe discharge of her duties as such.
