OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment in behalf of plaintiff in the sum of $5000.00 and costs.

The action was for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff when she fell on the floor of a storeroom operated by the defendant.

Three errors are assigned.(1) Failure of the court to sustain the motion of the defendant to instruct a verdict in its behalf at the conclusion of the plaintiff’s case in chief.(2) That the judgment is against the weight of the evidence.(3) That the judgment is so excessive as to require the conclusion that it was entered on a verdict returned under the…
