WALTHALL, Justice.

Ed Glover filed a claim with the Industrial Accident Board against the Republic Underwriters, a corporation, and against the Employers’ Liability Assurance Corporation, under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Vernon’s Ann. Civ. St. art. S306 et seq.). The Industrial Accident Board denied the claim of Ed Glover against both companies, whereupon he filed this suit in the district court of Upton county to set aside the action of the Industrial Accident Board in refusing him compensation, and in his suit asks judgment against each of said defendant companies for…
