Plaintiff-appellant, Kirk Wallace, was at the time with which we are concerned herein an infant of the age of 7 weeks. He was a resident of the State of Missouri. The defendant-appellee is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and licensed to do business in the State of Missouri. Diversity of citizenship and the statutory amount satisfy jurisdictional requirements.
