This is a petition for writ of habeas corpus by James Hugh Henson, a State • of Delaware prisoner convicted of rape, sodomy, and kidnapping, alleging that his constitutional rights to a speedy trial and to be confronted with the witnesses against him were violated during the proceedings that resulted in his conviction and his current incarceration.
