Basically, this is an action for the construction of the will of Archer M. Huntington of Redding, Connecticut, who died December 11, 1955. The plaintiffs are the executors and trustees under the will, which was dated February 24, 1941, and admitted to probate in Redding on December 20, 1955. Certain questions propounded in the action have been reserved for determination by us. The testator left no issue, but his widow, Anna Hyatt Huntington, one of the defendants herein, survived.
