The appellant, Joseph Gieck, hereinafter as “the defendant,” appeals as of right pursuant to Rule 3 of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure from the judgment of the White County Criminal Court. A White County jury found the defendant guilty of harassing phone calls and stalking. The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days, all suspended but five (5) days.
