The appellee as the named beneficiary in a certificate of insurance alleged to have been issued to her husband, Dewey Bidwell, as an employee of the Sommerville Coal Corporation, under a master policy of group insurance asserted to have been executed and delivered to said Coal Corporation by the appellant, brought suit on said certificate and policy of group insurance against appellant, to recover the amount claimed to be due her under said insurance contracts as such beneficiary because of the death of the insured.
