On this day, the Court considered Defendant Francisco Torres’s Motion to Dis miss Indictment (“Defendant’s Motion”) and Government’s Response to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Indictment (“Government’s Response”). For the reasons set forth herein, Defendant’s Motion is DENIED.
