In this diversity action, prime contractors Robert Frieden, d/b/a Frieden Construction Company (Frieden) and Commercial Contractors of Nebraska, Inc. (Commercial) and their surety, Industrial Indemnity Company (Indemnity), appeal the $39,-552.87 judgment entered in favor of plaintiff Finch Equipment Company (Finch) under the Missouri Public Works Bond Statute, Mo.Rev.Stat. § 107.170 (1986).
