MEMORANDUM OPINION
JEAN K. FITZSIMON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the Motion of Defendant and Debtor, Michael Geiger, to dismiss the above-captioned adversary proceeding pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The three-count Complaint (the “Complaint”) seeks denial of discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2), (a)(4), and (a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Complaint attaches and incorporates both a Motion of the Plaintiffs 1 for an order appointing a Chapter 11 Trustee or, alternatively, for conversion of the Debtor’s bankruptcy case to one under Chapter…
