The pro se defendant, Jimmy S., appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing in part and denying in part his “motion and request for [a] reversal of plea agreement” and denying his “motion requesting court to consider additional argument and facts” in support thereof. The principal issue is whether the court properly concluded that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to consider claims concerning the validity of his plea. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
