Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings pursuant to *321Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c). For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ motion is GRANTED.

A. Facts
Plaintiffs Hildred Temple and Diana Brown-Temple are husband and wife who live at a complex called Hudson View, on Warburton Avenue in Yonkers, New York (“Hudson View”).
