I. INTRODUCTION
Debtor in this Chapter 11 proceeding has objected to the claim filed by Internal Revenue Service in the amount of $69,561.53. Such claim represents amounts allegedly due for withholding and FICA taxes, FUTA taxes, and miscellaneous penalties and interest for periods beginning in 1985 and running through June 1989.
