¶1 Following a stipulated bench trial, the trial court found Jessica Young guilty of possessing methamphetamine. RCW 69.50.4013(1). Young appeals, arguing that the police officers had no probable cause to seize her and that the trial court erred in admitting evidence discovered as a result of her unconstitutional seizure. Because the police officers did not have reasonable suspicion to seize Young, we hold that the seizure was unlawful and that the trial court erred in denying Young’s motion to suppress the evidence.
