This was a certiorari from a justice court.. On the call of the case in the superior court, counsel for defendant in certiorari moved to dismiss the certiorari proceedings, on the ground that the certiorari bond was signed by an attorney at law, who was an officer of the court, and that therefore the bond was void and of no effect. The court sustained the motion and dismissed the certiorari upon this ground, and the sole question before this court is whether this judgment was erroneous.
