Defendant Roger J. Houdek appeals the district court’s Judgment and Decree enjoining him from future violations of certain antifraud and registration provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Secu rities Exchange Act of 1934. 1 The district court enjoined Defendant from (1) engaging in fraud in connection with the sales of limited partnership securities in violation of section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5, and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b); (2) engaging in sales of unregistered securities in violation…
