*262Amanda Lelia Wagoner, by- her next friend, filed a motion for judgment against the Henry County School Board (the School Board) and Theresa Scott Benson, a school bus driver for the School Board, for injuries sustained when she was hit by an automobile while crossing a road to board a school bus driven by Benson. The trial court dismissed the motion for judgment, holding that the defendants were entitled to sovereign immunity under Code § 22.1-194. We will reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the case for further proceedings because we conclude that the accident arose out of the…
