delivered the opinion of the court.

On December 23, 1933, the circuit court of Peoria county rendered a judgment by confession in favor of the Jefferson Trust and Savings Bank and against W. Pleller & Son, a corporation, for $8,583.30. Subsequently, on motion of the defendant, this judgment was opened up and leave granted the defendant to plead. On October 9, 1934 an unverified plea of tender was filed, which was stricken on motion of the plaintiff. On November 10, 1934 a second plea of tender supported by affidavit was filed.
