Graves, J.:

On October 13, 1906, the attorney-general filed an information in the district court .of Shawnee county charging the International Harvester Company of America with having violated the antitrust laws of this state. The information' contained seventy-five ' counts. The defendant is a foreign corporation, having its headquarters in Chicago, 111. Service was obtained upon it both by warrant and summons.
