OPINION

ALARID, Judge.

{1} Home Care Resources and its Insurer, United States Fidelity and Guarantee (USF & G) (collectively Respondents), appeal from the compensation order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) determining that Janet West (Worker) is entitled to permanent partial disability (PPD) benefits. On appeal, Respondents argue that the WCJ erred in determining how the credit for benefits previously paid should be allowed and that the Worker’s claim for unpaid benefits is barred by the statute of limitations.
