POPOVICH, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, following a jury verdict in favor of appellees. Appellant filed his personal injury suit seeking compensation for the injuries he sustained when he fell down a flight of stairs which he alleged were negligently constructed and maintained by appellees. The jury found that appellees were not negligent.
