Plaintiff Clover Technologies Group, LLC (“Clover”) brings this diversity action against Defendants Oxford Aviation, Inc. (“Oxford Aviation”) and James L. Horowitz (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging breach of contract, breach of implied warranty, common law fraud, and fraud in violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (the “Consumer Fraud Act”), 815 Ill.
