Defendant, Michael Joseph Perry, appeals from the trial court's order denying his petition to be removed from the sex offender registry (SOR), which he filed pursuant to section 16-22-118(1)(d), C.R.S.2009 (authorizing the filing of such petitions by persons who have successfully completed a deferred judgment and sentence).
