HAMILTON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered below for plaintiffs, who sued for judicial determination of their ownership of minerals under four sections of land in Glasscock and Reagan Counties, Texas, and for an accounting to plaintiffs by the defendants below, who were co-tenants with plaintiffs, and who were alleged to have executed oil and gas leases covering the plaintiffs’ mineral interest.
