OPINION
REBECCA BEACH SMITH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court for claim construction. On April 18, 2011, the court conducted a hearing pursuant to Markman v. Westview Instruments, Inc., 517 U.S. 370, 372, 116 S.Ct. 1384, 134 L.Ed.2d 577 (1996) (“Markman hearing”), and heard argument from both parties as to the meaning of the terms in the disputed claims of the patents at issue.
