Nickens, a prisoner at the Missouri State Penitentiary, appeals from a district court 1 order granting summary judgment to appellees, Carl White, superintendent of the Missouri Training Center for Men at Moberly, Missouri, and Dale Riley and Gerald Higgins, associate superintendents of that institution.
