An old lady, Mrs. Hannah L. Bowdoin, eighty-six years of age, died in the hospital in Jersey City kept by one of the claimants, the Sisters of the Poor of St. Francis, on the 9th day of September, 1914. The clay before she died, when she was in a feeble condition of body and mind, she gave a check upon her savings hank account with the Provident Institution for Savings of Jersey City for $3,000 to the claimant the Sisters of tlie Poor.
