*624The parties entered into a stipulation of settlement (hereinafter the stipulation) dated October 21, 1994, and were divorced pursuant to a judgment entered June 19, 1995. Pursuant to the stipulation, which survived and did not merge into the judgment, the parties agreed, inter alia, to pay the costs of tuition, room and board, and books, as well as related fees for the college education of their children “on a pro rata basis in accordance with their income and assets.” Beginning in August 2004, the parties’ oldest child began attending college, and the younger child started college in August…
