This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Comt of St. Clair County, Illinois, entered after a jury verdict of guilty for the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, in violation of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (Ill. Rev. Stat., 1972 Supp., ch. 567;, par. 1401(c)). The court sentenced the defendant to a term of 37s years to 10 years to run consecutively with the term he was already serving.
