Suit was brought in the circuit court of Cook county by Frank O. Koepke in May, 1942, to foreclose a mortgage dated May 21, 1926, securing a note for $3500 due in five years. The note and trust deed were executed by Benjamin F. Gove and Hattie K. Gove, his wife. Albert R. Freed became the owner of the property so mortgaged in March, 1928. He died in January, 1938, and left surviving his widow, Fannie Freed, and Morton D: Freed, a son, and Alice Campo, a daughter.
