This case comes before the Court on Zurich American Insurance Company’s (hereinafter “Defendant”) Motion for Summary Judgment on Damages Resulting from Turbo Care’s Negligent Repair Work (Document No. 92) and Motion for Summary Judgment Regarding Gradual Cracking (Document No. 96).
