Before the Court are the merits of the above-captioned adversary proceeding commenced by Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. (the “Plaintiff’ or “KGG”) in the Chapter 7 proceeding of Roger Allen Mason (the “Debtor” or the “Defendant”). The Plaintiff filed this adversary complaint (the “Complaint”) (ECF No. 1)1 alleging that a decision and judgment entered in state court for, inter alia, counsel fees to the Plaintiff is non-dischargeable under the Bankruptcy Code.2 See Complaint, Count One.
