CONNER, District Judge:
Plaintiff Eveline Gold (“Gold”) instituted this action on April 26, 1983 in New York State Supreme Court, New York County. In her complaint, Gold purports to assert various state law claims arising from the failure of defendant Blinder, Robinson & Co., Inc. (“Blinder”) to deliver 25,000 shares of stock in Mammatech Corporation (“Mammatech”), which plaintiff had allegedly contracted to purchase.
