Hahn v. Hahn

Robert Hahn appeals the final order of the trial court, modifying his obligation to pay permanent monthly alimony to his former wife, Diana Hahn. Mr. Hahn sought a downward modification from his $1,000 per month alimony payment, based on change in circumstances.
