The petitioner, Amy Barnet, appeals a decision of the Superior Court {Barry, J.) denying her petition for writ of habeas corpus against the respondents, Warden, New Hampshire State Prison for Women and the New Hampshire Adult Parole Board. We affirm.
The record supports the following facts. In 2006, the petitioner was sentenced to the New Hampshire State Prison for Women. She was paroled in January 2007.
