Plaintiffs appeal from an ORCP 67B judgment for defendant Far West Federal Bank (Far West), assigning as error the granting of Far West’s motion for summary judgment on plaintiffs claims of “civil conspiracy,” intentional interference with business relationships, “imposition of a constructive trust” and restitution for unjust enrichment.
