• Before the Court is Rodney “Jack” Strain, Jr. (“Strain”) and Lindsey “Scott” Crain’s (“Crain”) (collectively, “Officer Defendants”) “Motion for Summary Judgment Pursuant to Rule 56(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.”1 Defendants Walgreens Louisiana Co.
