The Florida Appellate Rules, 1962 Revision, as amended, are hereby amended in the following respects, viz:

Rule 1.3 is amended by adding thereto the following:

"`Civil action' includes all proceedings before courts which, from the subject matter, or the relief sought, are such as formerly were cognizable at law or in equity, and…
