The facts in this admiralty case are adequately set forth in the District Court’s memorandum opinion, set forth below as an appendix. We fully agree with the decision and rationale of the District Court, except for that portion (Section III below) in which the doctrine of estoppel is held unavailable to create coverage that is excluded by the terms of an insurance policy.
