—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court properly denied that part of defendants’ motion seeking leave to renew. Defendants *933failed to establish that the purported "new” material was not in existence or was unavailable at the time the initial motion was made and to proffer a valid excuse for failing to submit that material in support of their initial motion (see, Lindsay v Funtime, Inc., 184 AD2d 1036; Foley v Roche, 68 AD2d 558, lv denied 56 NY2d 507).
